Our private dining service is available throughout Kent and the southeast for both lunch and evening events. We arrive with all the ingredients for your meal and prep the meal in your kitchen using your pans and plates. We will lay your table and can dress it with flowers and table decorations if you wish, so there’s nothing for you to do but sit back, relax and enjoy a nibble or two with your guests while having a pre dinner drink or two.

Starters

Main course

Pan fried sea bass fillets with potato gratin, roasted broccoli and beurre blanc. Belly of pork strips with potato gratin, buttered kale, red wine jus, bacon lardons, mixed mushrooms. Cranberry and hazelnut wellington, new potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Stuffed chicken, filled with red pesto, spinach, basil, chervil, and cheese wrapped in Serrano ham served with Mediterranean sauce, New potatoes and green beans. Fillet steak, served with potato gratin, roasted vine tomato’s and broccoli and stilton sauce.
