Wedding Catering, planning and organising packages are available.
We provide complete venue management: marquees and event furniture, flowers, table decorations and all catering options. Everything from post ceremonial to late evening.

We work with a number of venues in Kent who are able to provide wedding receptions. Please ask us for details.
We can provide wedding celebrants for all types of weddings: Religious, Blessings to Pagan Handfastings.
(Legal registration of the wedding is the couples responsibility).
Your guests are greeted by our waiting staff serving a selection of cold house canapés and glass of something sparkling.
After being called to table the wedding breakfast is served.
Smoked salmon and crab and prawn parcel with saffron cream served on bed of local leaves washed in Kentish spring water.
Farm house pate with local Kentish chutney and fresh bread and salad du Canterbury
Chefs tempura local vegetables with dipping sauces
The main event
Venison with red wine jus gratin potatoes and local vegetables
Chicken/salmon supreme with white wine and butter sauce gratin potatoes and local vegetables
Wild mushroom open lasagne with either chef’s salad du jour or vegetables du jour
Eton mess with Kent local strawberries
French apple tart and brandy cream
Lemon tart with cream
Evening buffet can selected in preference to canapés. A selection of classic British buffet food served during the evening celebration
